Silly Tsundere TV
ReactRailsNode.jsFigma

Silly Tsundere is a quirky, snarky mascot, who enjoys anime. With the help of an external anime webscraper, this mascot is able to show visitors the most popular and most recently updated anime shows, episodes, details, and ratings.
This website fully supports the streaming of current, most popular, and latest released anime series.
Tailwind CSS was a very helpful framework.

Click on a title, get information about the anime. Click on the picture card and be brought to the anime's streaming portal.

Later updates will support episode, sub and dubbed pagination.
Supports fullscreen viewing.

This was the most fun to set up,
as the use of the webscraper,
the documentation and the source being very specific with it's query parameters,
and the amount of data being worked with (34,000+ titles),
was very much a wild goose
hunt during development!

Piece of cake.
The website is not currently in deployment yet.
There are a few more features I'd like to add before I am ready to deploy it, such as search via the capabilities of the webscraper, user data tracking with favorites, comments, and a feature to filter all anime by genre.
This was by far my favorite thing I worked on while at my time at the Flatiron Coding Bootcamp.
